Who are Coaches?
Dr. Sears' Certified L.E.A.N. Coaches come from a variety of backgrounds, including; education, nutrition, healthcare, fitness, child care, and more. Regardless of their background, they share a common passion to help children and families make realistic and positive changes in their lives.
Where are Certified Coaches using L.E.A.N. Programs?
Coaches are teaching the programs in multiple locations including, but not limited to:
Beyond helping others, many of the L.E.A.N. Coaches teach the courses as a means of generating extra income or supplementing their existing businesses that generally include nutrition, education or health related fields. L.E.A.N. Coaches offer the courses in hospitals, their place of employment, in their own homes, and many other locations. However, since we are a training company, we do not make any claims that L.E.A.N. Coaches will generate revenue or profits; or that they will be successful.
Agents of Change
Since the beginning of L.E.A.N., we have had the opportunity to interact with professionals from all over the Nation who are working to change lives around them. Whether they are adding the Dr. Sears' L.E.A.N. Programs as an extension of their existing business, community efforts, or looking for ways to supplement their income; their desire to help others is always their motivation behind learning and sharing.

A registed dietitian who, after all her clinical training, realized she wasn't reaching clients the way she wanted and that she needed simpler tools and instruction to reach them. |
| • |
A fitness center owner who saw young children polluting their bodies and identified the need for educating parents on how to feed their children properly and keep them active. |
| • |
A nurse who tired of seeing young patients come in who were suffering the ill-effects of poor nutrition to the point it was destroying their lives and knew that bringing the program to the doctors office was really needed. |
| • |
A parent educator who not only saw the need and had a desire to make a difference, but also saw this as a way to expand her current offerings of birthing and breastfeeding classes which would then help out their financial situation at home. |
| • |
A non-profit founder who is dedicated to helping families avoid the destructive consequences of poor nutrition and lack of exercise. |
These are but a few examples of the type of change-agents who have become empowered by becoming a Dr. Sears' Certified L.E.A.N. Coach. Today they are out there making a difference in communities, doctor's offices, churches, schools, small groups at home, hospitals, wellness centers, corporations and more!
While this is a great start, we know that it will take an army of Dr. Sears' L.E.A.N.
