L.E.A.N. Programs are taught exclusively by Certified L.E.A.N. Coaches. To become a Coach, candidates must attend an initial training course. Training includes:
Due to the high participant interaction required for L.E.A.N. classes, there are no plans for the initial training to be offered on-line. However, individuals may take the L.E.A.N. Expectations training during their initial training or on-line at a later date.
